" The Art of Touch 2 " A Taoist Erotic Massage ReviewIn theory, this film offers instruction in Taoist massage featuring a 3D effect. In practice, virtually any one who has ever so much as glanced at an article on massage knows everything this film explains about massage; the real point of the film is to present exceptionally attractive nudemodels (all male, incidently) massaging each other in 3D.
Nothing wrong with that, but I originally purchased this video because I was curious about the "revolutionary 3D process" in which it claimed to be shot. Now, the original 3D process essentially overlaid multiple exposures in different color tints, and when seen through special glasses with colored lenses the overlay read as a black and white 3D effect; take the glasses off, however, and the picture becomes a fuzzy and unwatchable blob. The "revolutionary" process used here, however, creates the illusion of 3D by the way the camera and the backgrounds move around the subject being photographed; you still have to use glasses to get the 3D effect, but take them off and you can watch the film as a crystal-clear 2D picture. BUT--and it's a big BUT--since the camera and backgrounds are constantly moving, the entire effect is dizzying, to say the least. And frankly after about fifteen minutes of all these rotating images against moving backgrounds shot from a moving camera I had a fairly nasty headache, and that proved to be the case whether or not I watched the video in 3D or 2D. It leaves you feeling a bit sea-sick.
It's okay for what it is, and the 3D process works fairly well, but frankly--this is one movie that is best used as a party joke..." The Art of Touch 2 " A Taoist Erotic Massage Overview
